No youre not alone. I am searching for a name to this disorder and can find very little. I am 41 and have spent life avoiding road trips by myself. But my fiance wants me to 'get over it' and wants me to drive to Ohio with the kids. I live in Indiana."It's easy and impossible to get lost" my dad and fiance say. First I was going to have my dad meet me and my fiance half way so I wouldn't have to drive this is how we have done it since I was a child. But I was challenged so I am extemely stressed at this 4 hour trip even with a GPS for the first time. I am always embarrassed and humiliated by it.
