Good call Rex, the guy you have to involve is Al Brown. This guy is fantastic, great chef and has a great presence as a host, and is a pasionate fisherman. The key is to make your program palatable to a wide audience, hence why involving a chef is a good idea, most people enjoy watching a good cooking program. For me a show with tips and tricks is secondary, I can glean most of that info from other sources. I would much prefer to see some great coastline, watch the host meeting some great Kiwi characters, and learn some history of locations etc, and of course watch some fishing action. Als "Coasters" program was a great watch and I think something along those lines with more of a Fishing theme would go down really well.
