Hi Lee. >>> This wouldn't do our business much good <<< It would improve your "first fix" rate by a mile and stop you wasting time that you can't charge for. Add up all the time we all waste carrying out further diagnostic checks based on the fact that the part we have just fitted can't be faulty. Regards Mark
