I said: "Would you now be counting votes to stay in the UK had a majority of scots voted to leave in 2014? nm" I did not mention the EU referendum - and when are you going to stop automatically reaching for your pocket ad hominem in these discussions, just get a grip sonny. Let me simplify the question for you. Assume for one wild moment that the Scots had voted to leave the UK in the Scottish Independence Referendum in 2014 - would you want to know what the people of Scotland would vote today, would you be concerned at all with how many would now vote to stay in the UK? This was more of a rhetorical question as of course if Scotland had voted to leave the Union even by a 1 vote majority there would be no question of re-running the Scottish Independence Referendum. Which leads to the question why should we be re-running the EU referendum.
