I have to agree with you Chad , it is very hard in this day and age to both find the time and the money to do these events so you can not do these things blindly.
I and many others are fast coming to realization that the event must be changed . By fishing one or two beaches close to the headquarters and not fishing at night will be one of keeping costs down and inhance the social side of things as well as making it far more marketable event.
