Yes and no as two others will also get the channel for a session. Remember that the tide is changing too. Some species dont require a channel, eg.flounder, kahawai, trevally, lemonfish etc. The best spots is really unimportant and an understanding of the whole beach, the food available and the species that may be present is all important. Takes a bit of getting your head around and sounds like an easy way out but there are other merits too. Having all the anglers on one beach allows the sponsors to get at them. It means that a central gathering area can also be a place where sponsors can show/sell their wares. Keep thinking.......the more ideas the better. ![]() |
