System went down last monday 13th and my local station was giving out emergency tickets after recieving emergency code, today it went down half way through a test at 1.30 unable to complete a test and unable to get through to help desk he had to close test bay and it was still off line at 6 when they closed. Messed my day up as I had 3 tests in unable to be done.
