System been on & off all day,seems to be ok at moment,been trying to exchange written VT20 for printed,followed instructions in book and logged on E/T cert number and system would not recognize it,so phoned help line,held on through all pre recorded messages only to be told that there was no one available to answer my call and then cut me off,happened several times.
So now resigned not to try and get printed VT20 as customer has E/T cert which is a legal document.
Im leaving it to VOSA and Siemens to sort out.
Im supposed to be going on holiday on Monday,so will not be able to play catch up anyway.
