Thought things were going to well,been off line since 10am,still off at 19.30.
Broke open emergency pack for first time,never been trained to use it,not sure if doing it right,unable to contact anyone until 18.30 then only local VOSA office which were very helpful considering i had steam coming out of my ears.
Hope its back on tomorrow as have a lot to log in and a full days work,and some of todays to catch up with
