Quote from the site under heading 'rip-off garages'

"How can they justify such a lot of money to plug a car into a computer!! The other problem is the dealer charged in units of an hour not hours - so you don't even know how long the job took".

This bloke winging on about the diagnostic costs from the garage ends his post with:

" Luckily there is a warranty in the car which paid the bill"

This is the sheer mentality of some members of the public who still believe that it's a simple job to diagnose and repair cars for them!!!
