Thanks for the replies, seems we all have some issues with bookings I am going to try a vip booking service taking a fee up front to ensure priority service, offering this to all customers then if they decline and the cars is not ready the same day then they have at least had the opportunity to have priority service we can then concentrate on the pre paid customers
