What sort of lead time are you talking Clive?

I find a lot of the "No Shows" are people that want work doing but if I give them a two week lead, they don't like it but take the appointment just in case. They then try to get the job done elsewhere, if they can't they turn up here no problem, but if they can they don't bother to let me know and then don't show. No amount of calls or texts would get them here after that. Hardly any forget.

I think more and more people just can't manage without their car and hate waiting.
