Very interesting response to my original; post, thanks for the replies , seems most people are having some problems , we are slightly different to most people in as much as we mainly carry out diagnostics , rolling road testing and modification work, all while you wait appointments for the rolling road and Saturday mornings are pre paid we have done this for a few years without problems, its the other general work where we have no shows and last minute cancellations .On reflection i think we will just over book and complete as much work as we can each day i see no other way round it.
