Does anybody have any proven methods of ensuring customers turn up for appointments , we seem to have an increasing problem with this and have tried various methods with only limited results.
we have tried using a booking fee taking payment upfront but we only do this on rolling road testing this works well but we are seeing service \ diagnostic bookings going the same way, lost bookings and no shows some with unbelievable excuses just thought i would ask how other people approach their bookings and if anybody had any different ideas.
