Alan, No it just means that if the car isn't hot enough to start it won't go through the Basic Emissions Test which means you have to do a full CAT test that takes much longer (i.e. you have to measure oil temp and engine speed, look up the full engine code, etc). The full test is much thorough and by the time you've done it, the car is usually hot enough. Its always best to ensure its hot enough to go through the BET first time. Sean
