What's to be concerned about? An incoming Tory government with a decent majority, a bunch of newbie (and some oldie) ideologues, led by a cynical opportunist, does a no-deal (or crap deal) Brexit. It does not really matter if the Tories hand over the NHS to US big pharma and 'healthcare' corporations willingly (for ideoogical and/or reasons of personal pecuniary advantage) or unwillingly, because of desperation for any kind of post-Brexit trade deal, no matter how disadvantageous, the result's the same. A Corbyn-led goverment - however inadequate - would give us a chance to stop all this. It would also perhaps provide an example for America and make it easier for Sanders or someone like him. |
