brexit isn't the issue... Yes it is. Without Brexit you wouldn't need a new UK-US trade arrangement requiring US access to the NHS. "brexit is not the culprit, rather, nasty little pricks flexing to one another behind closed doors are." There's no such dichotomy: the same "pricks" are behind Brexit.
