I think I can state with reasonable certainty that US economic and business thinking with regards to plunder is that the only things worth having are those you have to extract by force. That is why the US extracts stuff by force - its simply because they see this as the stuff worth having. As an economic adversary therefore, the only way to hang onto stuff is via Newton's third law: Equal and opposite reaction. Putin's kremlin, for example, obeys Newton's third law. Its basic physics. Brits don't understand the laws of physics, because their wholly-owned comprador elites tell them, via their wholly-owned (and paid for by the masses) media, that they have a "special relationship".
