Gidday Hangler and all you other peepers.

As a lot know here, I have been here for well about four years, probably more. Some stuff I post is good stuff. And just occassionaly to perp the forum up a bit, well I chuck out an unbaited hook.

Damm I caught you Hangler, I was after a Snappa. But missed out on that. Not even a bite. The snappa are getting very cunning these days. They won't bite.

Actually that contraption is a well thought out idea. And yes I have seen the video. Were I ever to buy one of those things, the ontiki things(Thats the best I can Say) that would be a must

And yep I have a kite, a five hook model. From Sunset Kites, now alas they are gone. But I took the hook section off. And planed to use a release clip to fly my surf caster line out. Dratt, after much tacking practice. It failed. We bever get an off shore wind down here in the Antipodes.

Now on a windy day I just go fly the kite, makes me feeel like a kid again. And I am 66.

So occassionally I go fly my kite, and most times fishing.

And when nothing is happening. well I go fishing on here.

I'm known for it. That is why James, did say Tongue in Cheek. They all know me.

I have actually recovered two Kontiki's that went kinda astray from the given plan. In both cases I have read the ph number and rang, and returned the
Thingies to the owners.

That enables me to sleep at night. Well until the night nurse comes around and prods me to see if I move. One dsy I will suprise her, but we won't go there.
