latest update this morning is beleive it or not my mates neighbour is insured with axa as well, and now axa say that he can not claim off his neighbour because he cant prove who set fire to the car in the first place,and that my mate will not be able to claim his excess of him either and my mate will loose 2 years no claims and his premium will go up next year to say he is a bit p***ed off is an understatement.
