I thought Tony was saying I was naive.
I'm not sure about that but I was just trying to be diplomatic in my post. Maybe pro-active rather than re-active??
I would hope that some organisation would step in and sort out the issues at this Honda dealer. Surely Honda UK would not be too proud of their procedures.
To be honest I think the CRV owner is too timid to complain persistantly enough to get some action on this. She is just pleased that the car is fixed and she did not spend £1100 not fixing it!
