A conspiracy working from a premise that we all know was completely untrue: that the government maximised the danger of the virus. Au contraire: they never took it seriously at all which is why we are where we are. Boris was of the opinion that it was really nothing: "...if that means some pensioners die, too bad” quoth his side-kick Cummings... see it really is nothing: smiled the clown prancing around the wards shaking hands with the infected... and anyway the UK was special & tough: obviously in contrast to those effete nancy foreigners the UK could "take it on the chin" work through it all and indeed come out on top. Here he is telling us the UK was really in fact "Superman": So... no intention of lockdown or removing peoples rights at all: quite the opposite: they would of course do “what is medically rational" but not "...to the point of doing real and unnecessary economic damage" because "...at that moment humanity needs some Government somewhere that is willing at least to make the case powerfully for freedom of exchange..." The Cummings tough love doctrine was Boris' too:they thought they could profit from NOT having a lockdown, so the cat was let out the bag & they did nothing for weeks...then somebody looked at the numbers, did the sums & realised it would collapse the NHS, which is when the shit started to hit the fan and of course the clown himself ended up in intensive care. -They truth is they don't want to take away your "freedoms" because that's where their profits are: in your freedom to be a wage-slave, your freedom to pay your rent, your freedom to consume... and nothing's changed policy-wise: it's still "herd immunity cull lite" and they will ease off the restrictions in stages with the feelers out until they find a publicly acceptable level of death... and then ease out some more. |
