Hi again, I have checked our log 26/06 and it is your ECU. This is a part number we do not list and officially offer to test , it was simply sent to us with the only information 'non runner no outputs from ECU'. Unfortunately we were not able to find out what 'No outputs from ECU' meant , (no relays , no ignition ?). I can confirm that the unit was put on a generic test which confirmed that the ECU would power up and definitely had communications , the test log states that there were no fault codes stored in fact. i.e the ECU definitely worked , but we could not comment on any figures or values as it is an unknown part number. With regard to the supply question, the external supply (5V sensor supply - for example on pin 55 to the throttle body potentiometer) will appear when the ignition is switched on but will time out in a few seconds so you cannot test the system without the engine running because the system shuts down the external supply after a few seconds unless the crank sensor signal is present. I think this is the problem , you cannot use your parrailel tester on this system (ME7.5.10 CAN) without the engine running. Best Regards Mike
