Hi Pete, What I was getting at is, just because CO is above 0.3 it doesn't mean the lambda will read below 1.00 (ie rich) it all depends on the other gases. Remeber Lambda is a calculation and not a constitute part of the emitted gases. When condmning a cat it is important to understand the relationship of these gases and what lambda reading to expect on the gas analyser to reflect this relationship. Mike |
