Interesting points from Dave and Lee, now I have a headache thinking about them. Sometimes you can dissapear up your own backside following these theories. Gwyn. In this case I have made one paid visit and two "courtesy" visits in between jobs. I get phlegmatic about this sort of situation and its all swings and roundabouts. Some jobs are straightforward and some not. My main aim is to satisfy the customer so that they call me in the future. Personally I dont suffer fools gladly and will help those who help themself. This customer has not taken my advice some of which I garnered from you good people and my goodwill tank is nearly exhausted. Best Regards Pete M |
