dedide that that will happen, I look to see whether K will spring in with yet another 'told you so'? Possibly not, I guess. A week is a long time in politics. All sorts of unpredicted things happen. Over-confident dismissal of the sheer unpredictability of things is for mugs. Did anyone - for example - ever foresee JC as Labour leader, and within such a short distance of DS that the English-raj class is in a serious Institute for Blimpcraft/Ballsup Initiative panic about it? Really? Who? Whirlygig of time, innit? Whirling right now in the minds of a whole tidal wave of disgruntled grassroots Brits who've had enough of 'neoliberalism': "But do you remember: "Madam, why laugh you at such a barren rascal? And you smile not, he's gagg'd." And thus the whirligig of time brings in his revenges."
