I'm interested in pushing the Corbyn project as far as it will go. If it succeeds, even partially, then well and good. If it fails, what have we lost, except perhaps our innocence? As for Brexit, I'd prefer some kind of 'soft Brexit' consistent with the democratic mandate. A no-deal Brexit is madness. Against that, I'd prefer a second referendum and 'remain'. Though, I have to admit that when the 'People's vote' crowd go on about 'remain and reform' I spit feathers. As if that would be possible, especially given the UKs tattered reputation because of this whole fiasco. There are no easy answers. If you and Keith and psing come up with reasoned suggestions about how we can achieve the goal of a better world for all using extra-Parliamentary means or whatever, please let us know. Meanwhile, I'll continue to align myself with the sliver of hope that Corbynism represents until it succeeds or - more likely - goes 'tits up. it would be nice if Keith could avoid the tedious repetition of the 'I told you so' mantra, which increasingly sound like the cackle of a demented parrot, as if the rest of us are not perfectly aware of many of the pitfalls and traps facing us.
