What is the result of wooden furniture covered with lacquer or polish - if retained as antiques does Archived Message

not this achieve a carbon lock. Same goes for wooden housing and floors. I tried to mention this some time back but the consensus here was that the paper industry was pulling the wool over my eyes. The industry claimed in the article I referenced that forests maintain a massive insect population that breathes oxygen and releases carbon dioxide - the oxygen absorbed is argued to be the same as that released by vegetation. I have no background in this so was not able to counter the argument. I still don't know whether the paper industry is just propagandising or not nor do I know how much oxygen and carbon dioxide/methane is produced by forest dwellers. cheers
