brain  ) Carole Mouth Malone was spewing forth environmental apathy saying the UK had done a lot to bring our carbon footprint down to 1% in the last 10 years so protests were a waste of time. This is the stuff that really destroys steps forward - she of course failed to point out that our heavy industry and manufacturing has been decimated and the pollution it created has just been passed over to China and India and other far east operations. We are never an island when it comes to environment. cheers |
