according to Vauxhall TIS your MAP reading is within specs for this engine code (although for an Astra as Tigra isn't listed). Expected MAP reading at hot idle is 0.3-0.5bar which is around 1.5-1.9v. Ign on engine off you should have a reading of 0.9-1.1bar and a voltage output of 4.3-4.9v. I've found in the past that by activating the EGR valve a few times you can sometimes unstcik the valve and then it seats correctly or depending on what scanner you use it sometimes allows you to activate the egr whilst running to see if it actually makes a difference to the engine at idle speed. |
