Thanks Lee & Shaun The oil level is spot on & its nice a clean, although the viscosity can not be confirmed. I am going to add a Forte flush & put the right oil in anyway to see if it helps. Lee I did actually do that EGR actuator test with Tech 2 & yes you can open the valve in increments & observe the engine speed. I wonder if it is possible for the valve to not seat correctly & still report a feedback position of 0%. Thanks for taking the time to find the readings in TIS. I should have looked myself, but I keep forgetting that I have the facility to do it. (too many years of pissing in the wind I reckon  ) Cheers for the help Dave (Hill) |
