Hi Dave It sounds like you have covered just about everything ( your usual high quality post ) As you also have a lack of performance/vacuum when hot, have you considered lack of fuel delivery. Possible blocked injector filters? Have you monitored the exhaust gasses from cold to confirm too rich/lean? I'm surprised your pico hasn't been out with tps v map v O2 v injectors ( or other combinations )  Regards Glyn |
