Good answer , and this is the same understanding and conclusion i have come too.
This is why I have Asked Kevin to explain, why a dirty throttle body would make this calculation & formula produce the logic that there is a plausibility error between track 1 and track 2.
the butterfly and TPS sensors are all connected to the same common shaft. If the butterfly was being held open slightly by dirty , it would not return to its default position. But this would NOT cause a plausibility error between the two TPS tracks , they would remain Linear and the difference between the two values would still be correct.......
