Hi Lads
I could not get hold of the customer Friday as he had taken the car in first thing, the dealer opens at 7:30 am
The customer rang me just before i came home Friday afternoon and i quote what he was told over the phone by the dealer
"We will have to keep your vehicle over the weekend as there is a problem with the wiring loom and we have got to replace it, if you wish us to proceed it will be £371:00"
Bearing in mind this Ford Fiesta is just 3 years old, spent the 1st year of its life pottering around Jersey and the last two just locally, in pristine condition and only covered 17K. Surely a wiring loom fault should not manifest so early, or is there something Ford are not letting on????
He will get the car back Monday i will try a get a copy of the invoice
