After splashing this https://www.dumptheguardian.com/politics/2019/jun/29/labour-hits-back-at-reports-of-frail-jeremy-corbyn-health all over their front page online yesterday, today the fraudian's take is: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/jun/30/labour-calls-for-inquiry-into-civil-service-claim-that-corbyn-is-too-frail Labour has written to the head of the civil service to request an independent investigation into anonymous warnings leaked to a newspaper that claimed Jeremy Corbyn could be too frail to function as prime minister. "A newspaper"....cough. Corbyn and his party have rejected the claims made in the Times on Saturday, which said that, at a recent event, senior civil servants had discussed their worries about what might happen if the Labour leader became prime minister. Ahh, it was the Times, not us you understand. We didn't reprint what the Times said in great detail, thus essentially running the same story, no sir. Not us. It's strange how quickly they have come out (apparently) fighting against this, but they are happy to sit back and ignore the anti-semitism witch hunt. |
