In my recollection the "I told you so" was always about Corbyn disappointing his supporters/caving in to the "mainstream" view -- not about the election outcome. To some extent he has done this (eg admitting anti-semitism in his party etc.), but the real test was always whether he'd disappoint his supporters once in office -- and we will never know.
So "I told you so" seems misplaced.
