As they say, "any publicity is good publicity" but time will tell. Looks good from the outset, our only stipulation is that we get customers authorisation before adding any treatments/flushes to their vehicles, something we have always done, I dont want to end up with a reception full of customers saying they are not paying for anything unauthorised, even though Forte say they will reimburse us for any that the customer will not pay for. I would rather not get in that position to start with. Replies from others who have been on the scheme longer would be appreciated. Andy
