I totally agree with those sentiments. If someone is registered on the scheme who works from his house then there is something wrong but that is down to the local Rep. We expressed concerns that every Tom, Dick & Harry' was on the scheme at first but this was resolved soon after. Having said that, If someone has a workshop at his home address and has the neccessary insurance, etc he may be a very good and responsible garage owner. I wish I had my workshop at home!
I have never come across the scenario where Forte will replace flushes refused by the customer. I have dealt with reps in two adjacent areas. I have not been threatened with removal if I don't use the product - just told not to issue their paperwork which I think is fair enough.
