Can I start by saying that the product is very good, and seems to do everything claimed and the scheme is a great idea, but I still dont like fitting/using, or whatever else you might like to call it, items to my customers cars without authorisation, is'nt this one of the things that causes most complaints and you would think the scheme was set up to put an end to.

We have been told we must follow the Good Garage Scheme Industry Standard Service schedule if we want to stay on the scheme, which unfortunatley we are not happy to do, it's the only schedule that we have seen that includes additives as part of schedule.

We are happy to continue using the products, but only with customer instruction or authorisation.
