Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with U/Part,cannot say we have suffered the same problems as yourself,they do come down once in a while and discuss our spending with them,and was once told we should spend more but made it clear that if they were not happy i would lend them the tools to remove signage themselves.I will not be dictated to as seems the case with Forte.I pay about the same for the uccc direct pro gramme as you were its a good system for us as we had it from the outset.They were going down the road of trying to get all uccc,s to sign up to the RMI BSI Scheme and even offered it free to the first 200 takers,although we had to commit to a certain spend with U/Part (rings a bell again) Maybe i will join a GG Scheme in the future but to date all have there own interests in getting me to join,not mine.
