That's not our problem, you need a PIN number to enter when finishing a test and none of us had received one, those of us not logged onto a test used the reset PIN and received a PIN for the first time, the guy who was logged onto the first test of the day (a motorbike) was unable to log off his test. He tried to reset his PIN but could not access his account because his secret questions were not the ones he had been asked when setting his account up?!
He rang helpline at 8.45 to be told they would ring back and was told to go into contingency testing (the new name when it goes tits) this didn't work, I gave them until 9.45 then rang I was given a contingency code for him this didn't work I rang again and was told to abort him which I did and tested it myself it crashed again another call to be told not sure when the engineers will get back to us as the whole system is experiencing major issues :/
Another tester has managed to test a class 4 but in Internet Explorer the print document was blank so he logged out and re-logged in Chrome and printed ok - all this typically on a day when we have 7 car & 3 bike tests booked in err did have cancelled some
No calls yet 11.35 and no email as promised ref contigency testing procedures (which I found myself on the .gov.uk site)
