You beat me to it that is what we've found out by trial and error still no call back from the no help line! Caught up all the contigency tests now - finally!
Paul, we had that message as well but it resolved itself quickly
The no help line did actually ring back today and asked for me to sort my password reset which another NT had rang them about on monday morning but he managed to reset it himself after speaking to them (they said they were having difficulty sending password resets to a hotmail account which is what he uses) When they rang Graham answered they asked for me but it was Steve who had put the request in - you would think they would have realised that from our user ID's but they didn't
Anyways all up and running now!
