Hello Kelly, we had a problem the week before last so we took the customers email address & scanned certificate & sent it to them.
Ps. Under "notification's" on your home page it will tell you if any tester has tested out of hours.
Also just under "buy slots" you have "test logs". Click on this & it gives you loads of info on tests conducted.
