When this system is up and running right (IF) wonder how many people will be abusing the fact they can be sat in a pub and issue an mot test to someone????

i got one test done in time. system down. i have now tested 3 other cars and everythings just on paper waiting to be entered when it springs to life. i am guessing they have made a LOT of test stations live yesterday and there system cannot handle the demand just like when tax went onine.
