This situation is no different to when MOT COMP went live 10 years ago. strange how every on loves that now !
BUT with 10 years experience and planning it's not an acceptable situation and they should be ashamed of the situation.
The slight conciliation is it will get sorted and will work !
Again it is a brilliant cost saving exercise on there part suppose we should congratulate A government department for that.
AS for HGV testing they have really stitched operators up on that side !
