website access was very intermittent this morning,
couldn't work out how to enter brake readings for a mg midget, no brake testing weight, all wheels locked on service brake, wasted 8 mins. on hold, rang area office for advice, no one in office avail. told me to ring business desk again! so just did a decel. test on both brakes
then had a retest on e type but had to do full test as it won't let you do a retest from the old system. i'm sure it'll be fine when it's up & running properly & they answer the damned phones, but i'm not very impressed today.
