We have been live for 2 weeks, The system is very 'basic' so simple to use, I would suggest allowing just an extra 10 mins per test for first couple of days.

Our internet is slow (hopefully that will improve when the kids are back at school) so that's making it slightly slower than the old system for us but data entry is simple.

The only issue we have had is with printing, but think that's a firefox browser setting issue that we haven't sorted yet, having to use internet explorer at the moment.
