Possibly not taken but I can't check either, we have done one this morning that has added the unexpired time on correctly so maybe sorted now, but certainly wasn't the chap brought in his old test certificate to show us, we have rang the helpline they are looking in to it.

We mentioned the problem we had last week regarding contingency testing but had found a work around and no one has rang back they just said they would close the case as we've sorted it and they haven't had a chance to ring as they have had so many with problems!

Hopefully the first ones on have ironed out the problems for the rest of you
