It's the Tories who have had three years to get Brexit done and didn't. The blame for that can't be laid at Labour's door. In the meantime it's three years later, with millions of new adults in the country. As this is a momentous change, it seems to me it's not at all outrageous that people should have a chance to vote on a deal. The fact remains, why would the EU negotiate with Corbyn a Deal better than that negotiated with the Tories A customs union, which Labour is pushing for, may be supported by the EU. For a start, there'll be no Irish problem. |
