- The reason its not a biding referendum btw is for the simple reason that such a thing would contradict the claim of the ultimate Sovereignty of Parliament.
"no doubt Corbyn is also stupid in your opinion"
-I like him in some ways despite him coming up to say some really stupid things in Scotland, such as that an Independent Scottish legal system would be too difficult to set up (...its already existed for a mere thousand years or so.) but he's a Brexiter unfortunately.
"its the Will of the Electorate, not of a Party or groupings within Political Parties."
- Its the advice given to the parliament by the electorate on 23 June 2016 certainly, and the executive acted accordingly by bringing forth legislation several times: none of which managed to gain the assent of parliament, which as already said, regards itself Sovereign.
The electorate was then given an opportunity to change these sovereign representatives for others in Mrs Mays election. That then handed power to the electorate to elect a Parliament that would give it the Brexit it wanted. Fortunately or unfortunately the electorate like the Parliament collectively decided not to do so /simply could not do so/ didn't actually want to, leaving us where we are now with you Brexiters being given another special chance under Boris to get your way with merely about 40% of the vote...( and you complain about the injustice of second opportunities to vote too...)
Of course because of demographic changes (deaths) as of January past the actual Referendum result is itself now the province of a dead electorate.
"... said vote was closely mirroring that of the Scottish IndyRef - 45/55 split"
-You should understand that these Referendum aren't actually comparable.
The Scottish independence referendum was likewise an advisory referendum for the same reason of Parliamentary sovereignty, though it has been pointed out that this concept has no legal precedent in Scottish law: only in English ( according to the earliest documentation: the Declaration of Arbroath of 1320, Scotland in contrast to England holds the polity to be Sovereign and not the Parliament or the Sovereign themselves.)
The polity in this case included those over sixteen and all EU residents in Scotland. i.e. those who would be considered fully adult when the proposed event took place and those EU individuals resident in Scotland who would also be directly affected by it.
-Ergo, if the UK Brexit Referendum had actually been run on the same principles then your Brexit vote would probably never have been given that original electoral approval in the first place.
